Nike Basketball is set to unveil an intriguing new basketball silhouette, the Hyperchase, Nike Free Run 2 New Zealand which pairs a lowtop cut with distinct, asymmetrical lacing through the upper. It was the believed the new design would get its debut during NBA All-Star Weekend, both at retailers and on the feet of James Harden. Well, as it turns out, nope. Or sort of, anyway.
Instead, the Fragment x Nike Hyperchase will help kick things off for the sleek new model, Nike Free Tr Fit 2 Outlet as Fragment founder Hiroshi Fujiwara treats the mesh upper in olive green, then contrasts it with black on the Swoosh and midsole, and white on the tongue, outsole and Flywire-eyelets.
The Fragment x Nike Hyperchase releases February 12 at six global NikeLab locations, as well as Nike.com/NikeLab. The “All-Star” edition, meanwhile, will hit shelves the same day, albeit in significantly greater quantities.
