Well, we’ve got some bad news, a sentiment that’s expressed all too often when coveted Air Jordan retros approach. Finish Line’s Air Jordan 1 KO Bred release this weekend has been canceled “due to product related issues.”
At the moment, other retailers, from local shops like Oneness to national accounts like Foot Locker, nike free run 3 are still listing Saturday, August 8 as the release date, so the optimistic view would be that perhaps it’s only a Finish Line problem.
However, Finish Line’s explanation reflects a larger issue, cheap nike free run and one that’s impacting more than just a single account. Says the store: “The decision was made because the product did not meet Jordan Brand’s high quality standards.”
Unofficially, reports have surfaced that Jordan Brand has been reaching out to its retailers nationwide letting them know that the release will be indefinitely delayed due to significant quality issues. And here, indefinitely means just that; there’s absolutely no indication of when a new date could be scheduled.
Here’s hoping things get sorted out at least somewhere in the near future. Stay tuned to Nikeblog for Air Jordan 1 KO Bred release news as it breaks.
