That orange, in use since 1891, is joined with the usual white as well as smokey grey and anthracite, dark, neutral tones that are inspired by the nearby Great Smokey Mountains.
That branding is then paired with elite performance technology, as Nike is providing each of the Volunteers’ intercollegiate sports programs with the most innovative gear in existence. The Tennessee football team will be the first to debut the new uniforms when they take the field this fall wearing the game-changing Mach Speed uniform, Nike’s lightest, fastest football uniform to date.
