Two weeks ago, rapper Riff Raff debuted what he claimed was a special collaboration between he and Jordan Brand that was soon set to see a retail release. Alas, the so-called Riff Raff x Air Jordan 5 Aquaberry, cheap nike roshe run like so much of Jody Highroller — I think; I’m still not sure that I get exactly what he’s doing — was not what it appeared.
Rather than an upcoming collaboration, the shoe — which pairs a dark leather upper with neon accents, cheap nike roshe runs including “RIFF RAFF” scrawled across each heel — is a custom design commissioned by the eccentric hip-hopper, and one that will not get a public release.
However!, Riff is auctioning his single pair off on eBay.
If you dig the style, or think the shoe’s proximity to the man is worth a significant premium, head to the auction site now. At the time of this writing, the price sits at $4,050, with 6 days still remaining. So, yeah, $10K is a legitimate possibility. Happy bidding.
