Feels like we’ve waited a lifetime, but it’s finally happening. The Air Jordan 6 Low Infrared releases tomorrow at select retailers nationwide. This thing has definite instant-classic potential.
Essentially a scaled down spin on the White/Infrared VI mid, nike free run nz the lowtop sports a white tumbled leather upper set against bright red accents. But where the mid embraces that bright red a bit more, utilizing it throughout the midsole, this version takes the conspicuous coloring down a notch, playing up the use of black along the midsole to balance out the matching tongue and liner.
The result is a pitch perfect update: clearly an homage to a beloved predecessor, nike free run 5.0 but between the altered palette and lower cut, its own shoe altogether.
